It’s a pretty simple blender it serves its purpose. It is very powerful.

Be aware of using turmeric! It'll give it a nice yellow dye that won't wash off. I personally don't mind but just wanted to warn y'all. Stay healthy and keep consuming ginger, turmeric, garlic, etc!

We're sorry to hear your Blending Vessel has stained. We recommend to wash the Blending Vessel immediately after use if using ingredients with deep pigments (such as turmeric & beets) as it's possible for staining to occur it not cleaning right after blending. With that being said, we recommend filling the Blending Vessel with 1/2 Vinegar & 1/2 Water and allow to soak for 24 hours. Finally, we kindly recommend you allow the stained vessels to sit outside exposed to the sunlight for an additional 24 hours, this will help with staining issues. We hope these tips help!
Please be advised, we do add a staining warning to make customers aware it is possible for this unit to stain if not cleaned right away. However, if you follow our care & cleaning tips (rinse and clean the vessel immediately after use), you should not experience any staining issues. This was a great invest. My smoothies basically are as smooth as juicing !! I love it. Especially that it’s hands free. Blended grapefruit and oranges and it’s like there was never any pulp ! Love love !!
