1 cup cooked red beets - approx. 1 large red beet

3⁄4 cup unsweetened non-dairy milk

2⁄3 cup mashed avocado

1⁄2 cup + 1 tbsp maple syrup

1⁄4 cup almond butter

1 tbsp vanilla

2 flax eggs (2 tbsp flaxseed meal + 1⁄3 cup water)
