1. First, soak* the pistachios overnight in spring or filtered water.
2. Next, drain the pistachios and add them to the Beast blender, along with the 1 1⁄2 cups spring or filtered water. Blend until it reaches a smooth consistency.
3. Lastly, add in the remaining ingredients and blend again until completely smooth.
4. Garnish with a sprinkle of Ceylon cinnamon and enjoy.
*Soaking the pistachios allows them to soften up to help create a smoother pistachio milk consistency, reduce phytic acid and enzyme inhibitors, and increase the bioavailability of important nutrients and minerals in the pistachios.
