    almond milk
    1 cup
    BEAST
    ice
    1 cup
    celery
    3/4 cup
    avocado
    1/2
    BEAST
    kiwi

    2 tbsp

    BEAST
    pumpkin seeds
    2 tbsp
    Instructions:

    1. Add all ingredients to the Blending Vessel in the order listed.

    2. Blend for two 20-second intervals, or to desired consistency.

    3. Enjoy!
