Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 400.

2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and add your tomatoes, garlic, onions, basil stems, rosemary sprigs balsamic vinegar, evoo, salt, and pepper.

3. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes or until nice and roasted.

4. Once the veggies have roasted let them completely cool before blending them.

5. Once the veggies are cooled add them to your Beast with basil, better than bouillon Italian herb seasoning, broth, salt, and pepper, and blend.

6. Pour the soup in a pot on medium heat and add heavy whipping cream and parmesan cheese and cooked until warmed through.

7. Pour soup in a bowl and top with a drizzle of some heavy cream and a fresh basil leaf. Serve with a grilled cheese and enjoy
