This recipe is meant to serve as a jumping off point you choose your milk (or milk alternative), nut butter, protein powder, and seeds because ultimately, the power is always in your hands. Want to add more nutritious produce? Be our guest.

 

Protein Boost is a Nutrition Blend our take on a traditional smoothie just with more fruits & vegetables optimized with nutrients that boost our immune systems.

 

To blend, add all ingredients to the Blending Vessel in the order listed. Simply hold down the button for >1 second to initiate the one-minute timed blending cycle.

    • milk of choice
    • ice
    • apple
    • frozen banana
    • spinach
    • nut butter of choice
    • seeds of choice
    • protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)

    Preparation

    1. Add all ingredients to your Beast and blend until smooth.
