A vibrant, antioxidant-rich smoothie with brewed hibiscus tea, mixed berries, and chia seeds. Both refreshing and deeply hydrating. For the best flavor, use frozen mixed berries — they'll keep the smoothie cold without watering it down. If you prefer it sweeter, add a little extra honey or maple syrup to taste!

  • 1 cup

  • 1/2 cup
  • 1/2
  • 1 tsp
  • 1 tbsp
  • 1 squeeze
  • cooled hibiscus tea
  • fresh or frozen mixed berries
  • coconut water
  • banana
  • raw honey
  • chia seeds
  • lime juice

Preparation

  1. Brew your hibiscus tea and allow it to cool completely.
  2. Add all ingredients into your blender.
  3. Blend until smooth and vibrant.
  4. Enjoy + soak up that hydration!
