Preparation

In a pan of your choice, begin roasting your poblano peppers. Once roasted, remove from heat and add to a bag to let them sweat.
Meanwhile, cook your pasta in boiling water.
Once pasta is cooked, remove from the pan and save a little bit of the pasta water and set it to the side.
Remove skin and seeds from the poblano peppers and add them to your Beast along with the garlic, onion, cilantro, salt, bouillon, and broth.
Add butter to a pan and add the sauce.
When the sauce starts to simmer, add in the cheese and once the cheese has fully melted add in the spaghetti and combine everything.
Serve and enjoy!
